The essentials — please read before you check the boxes below.
Fees
- $50 registration fee per child, charged today by credit card — one-time and non-refundable.
- Monthly tuition: $115/month for Bricks Challenge & Galileo Technic, $125/month for AlgoPlay, plus 5% GST. Additional children get 10% off tuition.
- May loyalty credit: stay enrolled through May and your May payment is reduced by $50. (Not available if you withdraw before May.)
How billing works
- Your card is charged automatically on the 1st of each month, September 2026 through May 2027. Billing ends on its own after the May payment — there is no June charge and nothing to cancel at season's end.
- Tuition is a flat monthly amount and is not pro-rated for holidays, single missed classes, or months with fewer weeks.
- Mid-season signups: your child can start right away; billing begins on the 1st of the following month, and the partial first month is free.
- If a payment fails, we retry and email you; an NSF fee of $35 may apply and the spot may be paused until it's resolved.
Withdrawing
- Withdraw any time with written notice to airdrie@youngengineers.org. Notice given during any month makes the following month your final billed month, and your child may attend through the end of that final month.
- The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a month has begun.
A few important policies

- Sessions are 75 minutes. Please drop off and pick up on time — a late pick-up fee of $10 per 15 min applies after a 10-minute grace period.
- Children are released only to a parent/guardian or pre-authorized pick-up.
- Keep your child home if unwell. Tell us about allergies, medical conditions, and medications, and keep them current. Staff don't give medication except by prior written arrangement (e.g., emergency epinephrine).
- Spaces are limited and first-come, first-served; full classes use a waitlist.
